Mobile support! The complete user-side is now available for use on your native Oxwall mobile website! This includes notifications, knowledgebase articles, and submitting tickets/replies.
Ticket Manager! You can assign a user role to give them access to “Ticket Manager,” which works just like the Admin end, but let’s you have a dedicated support staff without risking access to your sensitive information.
Some other small differences, and some bug fixes.
The plugin used to be free, but due to the update and the soon to come regular updates, it is now a premium plugin once again. All of our customers are still free to use the old copy they have!
